{"id":6274,"date":"2023-07-17T16:00:10","date_gmt":"2023-07-17T16:00:10","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.2benterprising.co.uk\/?post_type=job&#038;p=6274"},"modified":"2023-07-18T15:19:52","modified_gmt":"2023-07-18T15:19:52","slug":"business-development-manager","status":"publish","type":"job","link":"https:\/\/www.2benterprising.co.uk\/cy\/job\/business-development-manager\/","title":{"rendered":"Business Development Manager"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We have an exciting opportunity for a full time BDM to work with an innovative new enterprise education business. <strong>2B Enterprising<\/strong> creates and delivers skills development resources into primary schools \u2013 supported by local businesses to ensure we are creating the next generation of ambitious, enterprising, confident, and ethical citizens. &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You will be responsible for developing new business by sharing the benefits of <strong>The Bumbles of Honeywood<\/strong> programme with organisations&nbsp;large and small looking to invest in valuable community engagement opportunities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Your responsibilities: &nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Develop new business pipeline for 2B Enterprising utilising various outreach methods such as (but not limited to), face to face meetings, networking events, social networks, cold calls, referrals etc.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Manage pipeline of sales prospects, converting them to revenue in line with sales targets.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Facilitate the handover transition from confirmed partner businesses to colleagues in the Operations\/Delivery Team so they can connect the business with selected Primary Schools. &nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Build strong relationships with existing&nbsp;Corporate Engagement Partners through community updates and check-ins to encourage engagement and ensure annual renewals.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Liaise with the Operations Team to seek appropriate partners for those Primary Schools who have already registered their interest in our programmes.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Increase engagement with the business\/school\u2019s community through social media activity and networks.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Positively represent 2B Enterprising in the business community.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Present sales reports, statistics and partnership feedback to the Commercial Director. &nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Qualifications and experience: &nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Extensive experience in a Business Development environment \u2013 working towards sales targets\/KPIs.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Positive attitude towards education and inspiring others.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Thrives working in a fast-moving environment.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A&nbsp;valid UK driving licence. &nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Location<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You will be home based, covering Cardiff area and M4 Corridor towards London.\u00a0There will be an occasional requirement to travel to Honeywood HQ in Swansea for team meetings and events.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Job Type: <\/strong>Full-time&nbsp;(Mon-Fri 9am-5pm)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>The Package: &nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Basic Salary: \u00a330k per annum, plus commission based on performance<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Company laptop &nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>28 days annual leave per annum (excl. Bank holidays)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Workplace Pension<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Employee Share Option Scheme<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Application:&nbsp;
