2B Enterprising inspires the next generation of ambitious, healthy, enterprising and informed citizens. We raise the aspirations of young people whilst introducing them to valuable life experiences and key skills.

We’ve written a series of creative and thought provoking books entitled ‘The Bumbles of Honeywood.’ These stories transport our readers to the enterprising world of the Bumble Family – sharing valuable lessons learned through their journeys and challenges with their friends in Honeywood. Themes include sustainability, wellbeing, inclusion and diversity.

These storybooks are accompanied by physical and digital resources for primary school teachers to support the development of enterprise skills in the classroom.

Enterprise Resources

Enterprise Resources

Working with education leaders and enterprise professionals, we have created a portfolio of resources to develop young peoples’ enterprise skills.

Activity Sessions

Activity Sessions

We deliver engaging enterprise sessions to inspire young people and develop an entrepreneurial mindset. Our team delivers three exciting sessions to each primary school – raising the aspirations of the next generation of entrepreneurs and employees.

Corporate to Classroom

We partner businesses with education to not only financially support the programme but bring enterprise skills to life in the classroom.

Do you want your school to benefit?

  • Classroom ready resources and lesson plans
  • Fun, engaging activity sessions led by our team
  • Local business partnership – bringing insight from the boardroom to classroom

Could your business support a school?

One of the most valuable elements of The Bumbles of Honeywood Programme is the introduction of a business partner to help embed the entrepreneurial mindset with pupils, from a young age.

These partners fund the resources and commit to visiting their chosen schools to introduce their business, talk about the job opportunities that exist and skills required to work in their industry.

What do teachers think of The Bumbles of Honeywood?

The children enjoyed the sessions and I feel they need more experiences to prepare them for the world of work. The earlier in life they start, the more prepared they will be.

Our overall feedback must be one of huge thanks! Your work behind the scenes to bring together an inclusive and sensory adaption of your programme was fantastic! The resources were well matched to the pupils needs and abilities, the activities were relevant and engaging, and the fun brought to each session gave the pupils a real authentic context through which to explore the key messages of friendship, wellbeing and happiness. Thank you all so much for all your hard work.

A super afternoon of activities encouraging the children to become creative enterprisers based around a story of The Bumbles of Honeywood. All the children were engaged and enjoyed the activities. We are looking forward to the next workshop in January!

We were delighted to be chosen to receive funding from two local companies for the Bumbles of Honeywood program, which has really supported our pupils’ skills and creativity.  We have found the books engaging, they are bright and colourful, they cover a huge range of topics and we easily found two books that fitted perfectly with our concepts.
