The purpose of this policy is to explain to you how we control, process, handle and protect your personal information while browsing or using this website, including your rights under current laws and regulations. How we process your data

Mailing List

Under the GDPR we use the consent lawful basis for anyone subscribing to our newsletter or marketing mailing list. As part of the registration process for our monthly e-newsletter, we collect personal information. We use that information to tell you about our exciting latest news and to tell you about our latest products. We don’t rent or trade email lists with other organisations and businesses.

We use a third-party provider, MailChimp, to deliver our newsletter. We gather statistics around email opening and clicks using industry standard technologies to help us monitor and improve our e-newsletter. For more information, please see MailChimp’s privacy notice. You can unsubscribe to general mailings at any time of the day or night by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any of our emails or by emailing our data protection officer Sue Poole (Founder of 2B Enterprising). 

Purchase of Products

When you purchase a product from 2B Enterprising or online your name, address data, email and contact number will be stored in our CRM system which is powered by Squarespace. You may, of course, purchase a product in person without supplying the aforementioned personal data. Please be assured that we do not share your personal details with any other company without your consent. If you opt in to our mailing list while purchasing, the above Mailing List privacy policy will apply. 

Product Feedback

Additional to the privacy policy under the purchase of products above, if you give us feedback on the products we will retain that information to make our products better. We will only ever share this information with people inside our organisation and possibly our manufacturers and business advisors. The information will be anonymised and your personal contact details and name will be erased if sharing the information with those outside our organisation. If you would like your feedback to be erased at any time, please contact our data protection officer, Sue Poole
