Food diary (week)
Challenge the children to create a food diary for one whole week. Encourage them to choose healthy and balanced meals and to create a plan they can stick to at home with their family.

Challenge the children to complete a weekend food diary. Set some healthy and balanced meals and, when they return on Monday if they have stuck to their meal plan with their family.
