Tell the children that we are going to look at how businesses advertise. Introduce logos and branding to the children and encourage them to design their own logos for their smoothies.

Challenge the children to identify each of the logos. Encourage the children discuss what is good about each of them and what makes them memorable.

Use this template to design your smoothie logo and smoothie name. Remember to think about the colour, style and shape.

Your task is to design and create your own smoothie. List the ingredients and equipment you will need and remember to write out the method. Don’t forget to name it!

Draw and label the ingredients you would like to use in your fruit smoothie and outline the steps you will take when you are thinking about making your smoothie.

Look at the examples and use them as inspiration for your own smoothie designs. Think about the ingredients and the name.

Set pupils the challenge of designing their own fruit smoothie with a partner. Their smoothies will need to have a very special ingredient – a spoonful of honey!

Use the presentation to learn about the steps you need to take to create your own smoothie and a business just like Bobby. Think about the research you will need to do, how you will make your product and evaluate your work.
